Great Lakes continue to have difficulty on the hardwood, falling 90-60 to Holy Cross-Notre Dame on Monday night.
The team put together an admirable first half effort, down only be four, 31-27, at the half. In the second half, however, the defence fell apart as Holy Cross shot 7/15 from beyond the arc and 55% from the floor in general.
The Crusaders were led statistically once again by Kyle Downing with 15 points and nine rebounds.
The Crusaders go to Concordia Tuesday night to start a 13-day, four-game road trip.
