The GLCC Crusaders continue to struggle in the early goings of the basketball season, as they took a beating from Concordia 124-74 on Tuesday night.
Great Lakes' offense continues to improve, shooting over 40% from the floor, but allowing Concordia 24 offensive rebounds, as well as giving away 32 points at the line, proved to be too much of a hurdle to overcome.
John Schaeffer led Concordia with 27 points, including 8-13 shooting from the arc. Kyle Downing and Mike Vickers led the scoring with 13 apiece, Devlin Jefferson also contibuted 12 points to the cause.
The Crusaders' road trip continues on the 19th, as they take on Ohio Christian University in Centerville, Ohio at 7:00.
