Email Address Policy
College Standard E-mail Address: a standard-format e-mail address is provided to all students and employees of GLCC. The standard format for students is first two letters of the firstname plus the entire lastname (example, John Doe would be jodoe@glcc.edu). The standard format for employees is first letter of firstname plus entire lastname (example, John Doe would be jdoe@glcc.edu)
The College routinely uses email for both formal and informal communication with faculty, students and staff. All faculty, students, and staff are expected to check their email regularly for College communications. Official College communications include, but are not limited to, enrollment information, grade reports, financial statements and other financial information, library recall notices, and policy announcements. |
