Dr. Peters’ main career interest is teaching the Bible, and his specialty is Greek language and linguistics. He and his wife Suzanne also like to spend as much time as possible out of doors, especially in the woods of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula around Lakes Superior.

Perhaps a bit of a coffee snob, Dr. Peters enjoys specialty grade coffees and espresso. He is quoted as stating, “Life is too short to drink bad coffee.”
